Dani's Cookie Creations

Dani's Cookie Creations Dani's Cookie Creations was started by a college student (Dani) who wants to study abroad in Poland, Sweden, and Denmark. Orders are placed by the batch.

What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a creative way to fund her study abroad expenses. These sugar cookies are decorated with royal icing. Each batch makes about 50-70 cookies depending on the size of the cookies. Batches with only medium sized cookies make roughly 50 cookies and batches including medium and small cookies make roughly 70 cookies. One batch is $30 unless they are more intri

cate designs. Dani is a nursing student at Alverno College and a nanny as well so if you'd like to place an order, please make sure it is at least a week in advance. To order: call, text, personal message, or e-mail. Thanks for your interest and support!

I’ve been so busy! Nurses week was last week and being a full time nurse with a side hobby of making cookies, I was so happy that my two passions crossed paths! Here’s cookies I made for the wonderful, inspiring, welcoming, passionate, and helpful RNs I have the pleasure work with.

This month is Organ Donation Awareness month. This is something I’ve always felt very strongly about because “you can’t take it with ya when you go.”

The more people I meet and the older I get, the more I hear stories of people impacted by organ donation or in need of organ donation.

Now, months into my new profession, I see the impact and need of organ donation on a daily basis. My unit works directly with kiddos who have had heart, liver, and kidney transplants or who are in need of a liver or a kidney.

These were for my unit for Blue and Green Day- a day to promote organ donation.

So while I’m here posting pictures of cookies I made, I’m also going to take a moment to ask you to consider being a donor. Think about signing the back of your license and registering on the Wisconsin Registry. Make your wishes about your organs known to your family and loved ones (fill out your advanced directives- even if you don’t wish to donate your organs). Contemplate being a living donor- no seriously, look into it! Take some time to do research and genuinely ask yourself about your decision to donate your organs or not.

Although I am booked out for the month of April, I am now accepting orders for May. Blue is available, red is not. Please note that I am only accepting a certain number of batches per week... I’d love to make cookies for everyone, but as you may or may not know, this is something I do on the side and as a creative outlet. So, that being said, first come first serve!

I feel like I say this about every batch I post, but this batch might just be my new favorite!

First time using the airbrush machine! Still figuring it out, but look at those soccer balls! I would have never been able to pipe soccer balls by hand and make them look that decent.

Hi all!

*LONG POST WARNING*

After what seems like a year hiatus, I'm back! I FINALLY finished nursing school, passed my boards exam to become a licensed RN, and start my dream job at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin next week!

Baking has always been a hobby and something that I did to escape the stress of school and work. Now that I have more time, I want to make this more than a hobby and something I can grow.

I will be raising prices and there are a few reasons for that:
1. My skills have grown since I first started in October of 2015, but my prices haven't changed. The time and effort I put into these cookies and also spend learning from professionals is worth way more than what I initially charged.
2. I have invested in more cookie cutters to be able to provide the cookies you're looking for.
3. I recently bought an airbrush machine which is not a small purchase, but I found it necessary because it allows for more details and a cleaner look. Along with the airbrush machine, I have to purchase the stencils and airbrush colors.

I have learned a lot from some cookie pros and have changed my cookies a bit. No worries: the recipes have stayed the same! I have, however, changed the thickness of the cookies. Because the cookies are thicker, there are less in a batch.

1 batch now = 45 cookies. I will be charging $45 per batch, so $1 per cookie. In the cookie world, that is still relatively cheap.

I hope you all understand why I'm making these changes. Thanks for all of your support over the past 3.5 years! I can't wait to get back to making cookies for you all! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to DM me!

Our Story

Dani’s Cookie Creations was initially created as a way to fund a study abroad trip, but after traveling to Ireland and Spain and graduating nursing school, I couldn’t give up the hobby I invested so much time in. I enjoy using cookie decorating as a creative outlet and a way to unwind- think adult coloring book, but edible :)

Pricing is $45 per batch of 45 cookies- $1 per cookie. Please feel free to DM for inquiries.
