After trying for 2+ years of trying to get some, searching for seeds, and coming up empty,... I've been blessed to be covered in it! So excited. I just made my first batch of salves from some that were accidentally broken by the dogs.

Jewelweed is a natural poison ivy remedy. It seems to like shade, water and similar areas to poison ivy. But my poison ivy grows all over. The Jewelweed only grows near the creek.

I am so glad, thankful and blessed I can provide this life for my babies.
They absolutely LOVE playing in the creek, exploring. And getting to run and play.

I was foraging wild medicinal herbs (in this case purple dead nettle for salves) and the dogs were "helping" me forage.
