Have you ever seen a chicken lay an egg before?! Neither had I! I am both fascinated and traumatized at the same time! 😂

I KNOW! My Black Sexlinks have BALD HIND ENDS! We have sprayed them with no pecking spray and it has worked some. I also got some no pecking lotion to try. My chickens are still very healthy, happy and great layers.

My New Hampshire Reds are just big bullies! They even bully Elvis (their baby daddy)!

UPDATE: She said being a single momma to 11 kids was too much so she abandoned them. 🥲 We caught them and gave them to a good friend who is loving them!

Momma Duck #2 hatched ELEVEN fuzzy ducklings! 🦆 They are cute!

She was, originally, sitting on 14 eggs! A few days ago, I candled them while she was off the nest and took two out that weren’t good. I tossed the unhatched egg to see what would happen, it sounded like a small firework pop and smelled like burning death 😷 She’s a good Momma and takes care of her babies. 🤎
