With the American Royal this weekend, it is only fitting to cook some good old fashion bbq pulled pork seasoned with the best seasoning on earth Jdqbbq seasonings. Any day of the week is a good week for amazing bbq.

Nothing like a great meatloaf on a fall evening. Very simple yet is a big hit. 1 lbs of ground beef and 1 lbs of ground pork. Add in two whole eggs, one whole onion, two bell peppers, half a cup of any type of steak sauce and bread crumbs to hold together. Season it generously with Jdqbbq Sweet Garlic and mix it together well and shape it up. Cook at 375 degrees until it reaches 160 degrees. Take any type of bbq sauce you like and paint a nice coat on the loaf. Back in the oven for 7 minutes to get the nice glaze.

Just got unloaded and cleaned up from Edinburg VA. It was great to see and catch up with the bbq family. Thank you Stoney Creek BBQ Cookoff for putting on an amazing event and can’t wait to come back next year. As for the contest, we had an awesome cook but unfortunately, we didnt get the scores we wanted.

This one did hurt a little bit, even though I felt great about the cook, but these things do happen and the best thing to do is to get back up, dust yourself off, and keep pushing forward.
