⭐️⭐️MEET THE TEAM-⭐️⭐️
TJ The ultimate glizzy slinger- the man behind the masterfully flavored dog. Tj is the hardest working man you will ever meet. When he is not slinging glizzys for you fans he is running an office for a multi million dollar construction company full time.
Tj is from Fredericktown and graduated from here as well.

Tj has always wanted a hot dog cart, it’s been a dream of his for years. When we talked about opening a food trailer, there was no stopping him.

In 30 days we had come up with a name, the LLC and purchased a utility trailer which he completely gutted and built our trailer we have today, as you see it. Tj spends his evenings making your favorite toppings like our homemade chilli, coney and dog sauces as well as his perfected coleslaw. Tj has always loved to cook, in our house I am the baker and he is the chef. Ask anyone about TJ’s famous Pico, you will talk about it for years after you’ve had it 😉.

What sets this man apart is he is a perfectionist and he takes pride in everything he does, that includes hours of coming up with his secret dog water ingredients.

On the rare occasions Tj is not prepping for the truck or working, or helping our our daughters with some DIY, he likes to watch dirt track racing- yep, dirty racing 😂 and he is a gamer. I always say, Tj was a gamer and YouTube enthusiast before it was cool lol. Tj is an avid DIYer and if he doesn’t know, he will by the end of the day, have it all figured out!
We thought we would start introducing ourselves so you know a little about us individually ♥️
