Well my calico Cochin hen has 11 new babies and more hatching! And did I say the last two hens were the last of my Brudies this year?

Well, seems like my little blue mottled he has decided she wants to give being a mama a try! She is sitting on 10 eggs so we’ll see how she does as a young hen that is not even a year old

My Mottled Cochin hen hatched out 12 out of 15 eggs Little silkies and bantam Cochins! Some most likely will be satin which are the silkie and Cochin cross

This little hen is six years old and doesn’t lay too many eggs on her own, but she loves to go Broody and sit on Eggs, so whenever she does, I always give her some eggs to satisfy her. Need to be a mom.
