Went to barn at 10 to let them out. Lamanchas and nd. Pulled bags. Went around and letting babies out. Madonna in flagrant heat. Won’t leave fence line. Grabbed Isaac to push off the fence line. No go. She circles around and comes back. Meantime jumps two fences to find his love. 💕. Cosmo not happy. Not happy at all. Neither am I. So I trap all the does in the baby room. jumps into nd side. He’s caught. I go find mom and dad. Can’t do this mess alone

Separate little girls from the big girls. Dump big girls with so he’s happy. Some baby boys out there but oh well.

Capture cosmo and drag him out of the barn with many promises of finding his mom and other beautiful does. He doesn’t buy it until he sees with his own 👀…I’ll be sore tomorrow but he’s safe. Fed that barn good enough til tomorrow

Back to the dairy barn. Fed the remaining boys grain. Hay. Fed the babies I ended up trapping. Hopefully all the girls. Fed the big girls. Didn’t bring Xena out but she thought I smell AMAZING. they are good for the day.

Long story short. is happy and the little girls are safe and I SMELL LIKE GOATLOVE 🤢🐐🤮

Happy Friday! Lots more goat pictures. If you ever wondered what we feed them... look for yourself! We have them out browsing as much as we can weather permitting. One of our favorite things to do is to go for walks with the goats..and Ren, their barn cat!!!
Just a reminder, Clay's Kitchen will be in his usual winter spot, and I will be inside back by the kitchen with some warm, yummy Curry! 😋. Yup, it is time to start cooking up some of those warmer fall foods.
Kif's Pizza and LesSiFa yogurt and cheese are taking a little time off to recuperate from a long season. They will be in the kitchen working on new yummy Holliday treats.

Good morning! Just on an update of where we are at for this weeks Stockholm Sovereign Market.
With our goats drying off for breeding, and us finally getting a little break, the Dairy side of Lessifa Farm is going to take the month of Oct. off to work on some new recipes for our off-season lineup.
CLAY'S KITCHEN is NOT taking the month off. Instead, Mr. Clay will be in his normal spot, and I, Karma, this week will be inside in the kitchen with some of our Market famous Curry!!!! Come hungery!!
Clay will be in his normal spot, I will be in the back corner by the kitchen.
Those of you who pre-ordered yogurt, won't have any this Market, but will have some the next one.

Fort Kent Sovereign Market

Good Market Morning, Fort Kent!
Les Si Fa Farm will be at the market today, and we will have all products COW! Our goats are being dried off to get them ready to breed next month. From now until the middle of May or so, we will be making all our products using Mainely Milkmade Raw Jersey Milk.
Today we have 2 gallons of milk, 3 half pound tubs of butter, our Mango Berry Parfaits made with Mainely Merchants LLC Gluten free granola, Plain Bovre cheese, Bovre with Red (bell)pepper jelly, and Honey Cranberry cheese with Organic Rosemary, and Pecans.
If we have room, we will bring ICE CREAM!!!!!

Happy Friday!
This week at the Fort Kent Sovereign Market we will have Mango Berry Parfaits made with fresh mangos, Strawberries and frozen raspberries, whole cow yogurt and Gluten Free granola made by Merchants!
We will also have Bovre (cow cheese), Raw Honey, and maybe some Ice Cream!!
When I figure out my cheese flavors, I'll let you know!!! Anyone have a preference? Let me know!

Happy Thurdsay!
Due to most of the crew being on vacation for the past week and a half (they get home Sat night..I hope) Only Clay's Kitchen will be at this week's Stockholm Sovereign Market. Those of you that have pre orders - William, Vickie, and others - I will bring your yogurt and cheese. Find me out front helping sling burgers!!
