Just got a fresh batch of granulated maple sugar in! I use this plus some other secret ingredients to make the maple breakfast venison sausage, i can make it in bulk or brats. Come try it out!

Hey folks my home renovation project is finally almost done so I will be accepting deer starting THIS WEEKEND! I am very excited to get back in the shop and get to work, I am offering some new sausage seasonings this year plus all the ones your have enjoyed in the past.
