It's only 9:30am and I'm on a cooking roll already. First thing done this morning, homemade focaccia bread, then maple cinnamon meringues (at my husbands advise, these will be called French toast meringues, they seriously taste just like it). Later today making a batch of banana, peanut, and dulce de leche ice cream.

Just made this ice cream..... all I can say is that it's simply amazing. It's actually going to go in the middle of a homemade ice cream cake for a special someone's birthday.

Since today is National Peanut Butter Day, I felt the need to make peanut butter cookies. You MUST try this recipe if you like peanut butter cookies. I've never actually made peanut butter cookies before today so I wanted something easy. This has got to be the easiest recipe I've ever come across, for anything, ever! You still have time, try it tonight!

Check it out! I finally added another blog post! Even though this recipe is vegan, I urge you to add this one to your recipe box. It is seriously the easiest cupcake recipe. If you are having a craving for chocolate or cake, you can whip these up in about 30 minutes.

Yummy, yummy.... Christmas cupcakes! Dark chocolate cupcake with white chocolate peppermint truffle frosting. Topped with chocolate sauce, crushed candy canes and sprinkles. Can't wait to try one! Just discovered the easiest, tastiest, and totally vegan chocolate cupcake. So excited to be able to offer a vegan cupcake in the near future! Just gotta figure out a frosting first....
