As you may have seen [or heard], we will not be at this year's Nebraska State Fair. Other than some catering jobs, us girls have been keeping busy with our regular jobs, families and other activities.

Since losing Papa Tom, it's just not the same, especially with his food business. This gig was his pride and joy, and it blew up into so much more than any of us imagined. We were willing to help wherever we could, and yes, had some fun along the way. 😁

We have made the decision to sell our food trailer. If you, or someone you know is looking for a trailer for their business, please let us know.

Well, we wrapped up another remarkable 11 days at the Nebraska State Fair. "It takes an army" is the literal truth for us, and we are grateful for all our help and faithful patrons.
