This Sunday the 27th, we’re going to Piemonte! 🍷
We have been planning this dinner for months, and I am so excited about the wines and menu we’ve put together.

We’ll welcome you with a glass of sparkling wine and then settle in for five courses inspired by Piemonte, each paired with a wine from the region. We’ll enjoy wild mushroom tagliatelle, Piemonte-style braised beef, pappardelle with Italian sausage ragù and finish with a beautiful Piemonte hazelnut cake.

And the wines! We’ll taste Manzoni, Nizza Barbera, a gorgeous dessert Passito and two different 2021 Barolos throughout the evening.

You don’t have to be a wine expert to come to our wine dinners, that’s one of the best things about them. We taste, learn a little about the wines and where they come from, eat some wonderful food, and simply enjoy being around the table together.

Come spend part of your Sunday with us for Keep Fulshear Beautiful: Roadside Radiance.

See the plans and learn how we hope to transform the area around the water treatment plant and Charger Way with trees, screening shrubs and Texas wildflowers. It may be a temporary beautification project, but five years is a lot of days, so let’s make them a little prettier. 💜

Velvet Dram created an Elderflower Martini and Lavender Spritz, and Vino Veritas has a special wine flight just for today. 100% of the proceeds from these featured drinks will go to Forever Fulshear for the project.

Add in live music, charcuterie and a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the Blue Cottage, and you have a pretty great reason to come see us.

You don’t have to make a big donation to make a difference. Come have a glass, learn about the project and be part of something beautiful for our town.

Saturday and Sunday @ Vino Veritas!

Tonight, come out and support local talent as Bryan Pavlock takes the Velvet Stage with his powerhouse voice and incredible guitar playing, performing all the great classic rock and country favorites. Music at 7:30PM, open today from 2 PM to midnight!

AND TOMORROW…Jazz Sunday becomes something even more special as we come together for Roadside Radiance, a fundraising effort to Keep Fulshear Beautiful! Our side bar will be covered with charcuterie and delicious accoutrements to enjoy while we raise funds to enhance the center of downtown by screening the water treatment plant with beautiful trees, bushes and native wildflowers.

w/proceeds going directly toward the fundraiser. All labor is being donated, so every penny raised can go toward the plants. The more we collect, the more trees we can plant!

Calling all Vino Veritans! We have three days of live music at the blue cottage, starting tonight at 7:30 with our old friend Johnny Goudie. He’s driving in from Austin to play for us, and we’d love to give him a warm welcome!

Saturday at 7:30, Bryan Pavlock is a long time local and he's taking the Velvet Stage with a classic rock/country vibe.

Johnny is a longtime fixture in the Austin music scene and a seasoned touring musician, so we are incredibly excited to welcome him to our little Velvet Stage. The 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Pub Crawl is ONE MONTH away, and all four stops are getting ready to put their own spin on the celebration!
Of course there will be plenty of great beer, but look for Oktoberfest-inspired cocktails, wines, food specials and lots of fun along the way.

At Vino Veritas, we take our wine seriously. Ourselves? Not quite as much. 🍷❤️
For instance...tomorrow night, Bob Wall will have us laughing, thinking and probably debating with our teammates over answers at Trivia Night. 🤔Text RSVP 281-635-0237 - or just show up!
And then next Sunday the 27th, the little blue cottage changes gears completely for our first wine dinner of the season, An Evening in Piemonte. 🇮🇹 Beautiful wines from one of Italy’s great wine regions, thoughtfully paired food, and the kind of evening where we get to slow down and really talk about what’s in the glass and why it works with what’s on the plate.
Whatever the occasion, we want the wine to be interesting. We want the service to feel personal. We want the details to matter. But more than anything, we want you to walk out the door thinking, “That was a really good night.”
Whether that means winning trivia with your friends or discovering a Barolo you’ll still be thinking about the next day, that’s the kind of place we’re trying to create inside this little blue cottage. ❤️🍷
