1895 – Standard/Ordinary Bitter
English Pale Ale with malty base and subtle caramel notes. Bitter but not hoppy. 3.4% ABV, 33 IBU, 4 SRM

1914 – Belgian Specialty Ale
Spiced ale brewed for the holiday season. Caramelly base with notes of clove, ginger and orange zest. 5.6% ABV, 20 IBU, 15 SRM

38 42 55 3 – American Wheat Ale
A blend of five varieties of wheat, Fuggle and Citra hops plus a late addition of honey yields a slightly fruity/slightly flowery front with a smooth finish. 8.7% ABV, 20 IBU, 13 SRM

517th – Sweet Stout
Roasted barley malts and cocoa nibs rule the flavor profile of this stout. Chocolate notes accentuated with additions vanilla beans. 5.9% ABV, 27 IBU, 37 SRM

Bailey’s Dreamsicle – Cream Ale
A cream ale named for our late dog Bailey (one of the three T’s in 3TW). Nice malt profile enhanced with vanilla and orange zest. 4.9% ABV, 20 IBU, 5 SRM

Baldongan – Irish Red Ale
Sweet up front with an emphasis upon malt, this crowd pleaser lives up to its style with a beautiful red hue. 5.8% ABV, 22 IBU, 14 SRM

Calaveras – California Common Beer
The star of this beer is the hops. Generous helpings of Northern Brewer hops yield an assertive woody/minty flavor supported by the toasty, caramelly base. 5.8% ABV, 22 IBU, 14 SRM

Caravaggio – Belgian Dark Strong Ale
Named for the Italian artist Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio, this dark ale’s rich malty flavor with notes of dried fruit is flamboyant and decadent – much like its namesake! Placed first in the Belgian Dark Strong Ale category at the 2012 Samuel Adams Longshot Homebrew Contest 10.8% ABV, 34 IBU, 18 SRM

Couche d'or – Belgian Tripel
This full bodied ale is a terrific balance of malty richness and subtle spiciness in the Belgian tradition. 9.2% ABV, 29 IBU, 3 SRM

Dufay – Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Inspired by the brewmaster’s favorite beer from his favorite brewpub, this one is still in development. 10.9% ABV, 28 IBU, 4 SRM

Endurance – Extra Special/Strong Bitter
Another English Pale Ale, Endurance is similar to 1895 but a bit maltier, darker and higher in gravity. Still in development. 5.6% ABV, 30 IBU, 6 SRM

Gymnopédie No. 4 – Saison
This saison is pitched with French Saison yeast and hopped with French Strisselspalt hops giving it an earthier flavor, less fruity flavor than our Belgian saison. A very nice balance between malty sweetness and hop bitterness. 6.9% ABV, 22 IBU, 13 SRM

Hermitage – Belgian Dubbel
3TW’s flagship beer, Hermitage is a blend of six different barley malts, Belgian candy sugar and noble hops creating a rich caramel flavor with a smooth finish. 7.6% ABV, 24 IBU, 13 SRM

Jessie’s Bohemian Pilsener – Bohemian Pilsener
Named for our dog Jessie (the second of the three T’s) Pilsener malts and Saaz hops are the backbone of this traditional crisp, refreshing Czechoslovakian pilsener. 5.2% ABV, 40 IBU, 4 SRM

Kepler – Hefeweizen
Our popular Hefeweizen, Kepler is a pale wheat ale, very lightly hopped with emphasis on the banana and clove notes nurtured during the fermentation process. 4.2% ABV, 9 IBU, 3 SRM

Kolomenskoye – Russian Imperial Stout
This beer is a confluence of roasted, chocolate & coffee malts, vanilla beans, molasses and ground roast coffee and then aged on heavily charred French oak. Great for dessert or on a cold winter night. 9.8% ABV, 61 IBU, 39 SRM

Minuano – Witbier
Named for a favorite song by jazz great Pat Metheny, a minuano is a wind that blows from the southwest of Antarctica to the south of Brazil and Uruguay which sometimes produces a howling sound. Our take on a Witbier adds vanilla beans, honey and cardamom producing a beer as refreshing as a cool breeze and smooth as a Pat Metheny guitar riff! 5.0% ABV, 18 IBU, 5 SRM

Montmartre - Witbier
A delicate, light wheat ale with notes of coriander and orange zest in the Belgian tradition. 6.0% ABV, 16 IBU, 2 SRM

Oblates Of Blues(berry) – Belgian Tripel
OOB is a tribute to the Oblates of Blues, a powerhouse blues band with strong ties to the University of Notre Dame. Think Couche d'or with an abundance of northern Indiana blueberry goodness. 8.5% ABV, 29 IBU

Ocimum IPA – American IPA
We combine four different hops with a lightly malty base and then throw in sweet basil and lemongrass for a uniquely flavored IPA. 6.0% ABV, 75 IBU, 12 SRM.

Ozark – Oktoberfest/Märzen
Ozark is a beautiful orange-red lager, crystal clear with endless malty goodness. It’s a favorite at our annual Brew-O-Ween celebration each fall. 5.6% ABV, 22 IBU, 10 SRM

Pale Harvest – Belgian Pale Ale
We’ve taken the traditional Belgian pale style and enhanced its natural fruitiness with the addition locally grown apples to celebrate the harvest season. 5.0% ABV, 27 IBU, 9 SRM

Prestidigitator – Doppelbock
Still in development, this rich malty Doppelbock has proven to be quite popular in its initial trial. 8.4% ABV, 22 IBU, 19 SRM

Pumblechook Porter – Brown Porter
Sweeter and more caramelly than typical porters, Pumblechook has notes of chocolate and roasted malt enhanced with whiskey soaked oak. 5.2% ABV, 22 IBU, 30 SRM

Resolution Ale – American Pale Ale
Unlike 1895 and Endurance, Resolution Ale differs from its English Pale cousins by the notable citrusy flavor its hops impart. We add Grains of Paradise to give it a unique peppery quality. 4.5% ABV, 33 IBU, 5 SRM

Saison de Sadie – Saison
Brewed in the Belgian saison tradition, Saison de Sadie pays tribute to the third T in 3TW, Sadie, our late Golden Retriever. Dry and sparkling, we’ve added orange and lemon zest to accentuate the fruitiness in this favorite style. Coming soon. 6.4% ABV, 25 IBU, 5 SRM

St. Aidan – Strong Scotch Ale
Deep malty flavor complemented by the addition of Cherrywood smoked malts. A favorite of the brewmaster. 7.3% ABV, 23 IBU, 17 SRM

Stonehenge – English Barleywine
Our Barleywine is boiled for 90 minutes to enhance the brilliant garnet color and then aged on oak and bottle conditioned for a full year. Toasted pecans are added to give a praline-like flavor. Rich, malty and silky smooth, it makes a great accompaniment to Stilton cheese. 9.8% ABV, 48 IBU, 13 SRM
