📍 Southern Magnolia Farms | Fyffe, Alabama
Are you an experienced horseperson looking for an opportunity to make money doing what you love without the expense of owning your own horses, equipment, or facility?
Southern Magnolia Farms and Lake View Trail Rides are looking for ONE motivated, dependable individual to help grow and operate both our riding lesson program and guided trail riding business!
This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, experienced with horses, and interested in building a clientele.
🐎 RIDING LESSON RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide riding lessons to children and adults of various experience levels
* Recruit, schedule, and maintain your own lesson clients
* Actively advertise and promote the lesson program
* Provide safe, knowledgeable riding instruction
* Assist with horse care and maintaining equipment
We provide:
* Lesson horses and tack
* Outdoor riding arena
* Covered 40’ × 60’ riding pen
* Round pen
* Established farm facilities
* Advertising and promotional support
🌲 TRAIL GUIDE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead guided horseback trail rides through Lake View Trail Rides
* Haul horses from our farm to designated trailheads and back
* Load, unload, saddle, and prepare horses for rides
* Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for customers
* Actively advertise, promote, and help generate trail ride bookings
* Care for horses and equipment before and after rides
We provide:
* Trail horses
* Truck and horse trailer
* Tack and necessary equipment
* Established trail riding operation
* Advertising and promotional support
📅 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
🌞 Trail Rides: Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – daytime hours only, with evenings and nights off!
🐎 Riding Lessons: Flexible scheduling based on client bookings and availability.
💰 COMPENSATION
Both programs offer commission-based compensation, providing an opportunity to grow your income as you build clientele and increase bookings.
We supply the horses, equipment, facilities, and business resources. You bring your knowledge, work ethic, and drive to help both programs succeed!
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
✅ Experienced and confident handling multiple horses
✅ Comfortable hauling a horse trailer
✅ Experienced in riding instruction and leading trail rides
✅ Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious
✅ Willing to advertise, recruit clients, and help grow both businesses
✅ Available every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
