Some throwbacks from the archives, we have been fueling Gator's for quite some time. The grind didn't stop, back then we sold dinner's and pulled up to the facility. Now we cater Gator parties, team meals, private dinners as well as being the personal Chef of several Gator athletes. We love our Gator's and though some have transferred the love never changed. 🫡 🫡 🫡

As a boy some of my earliest memories of cooking were grilling with my pops and brothers. Over the years I built these same memories with my boys. This past week we had a full circle moment as my pops and baby brother joined us to do several catering events. I only wish my son Kj was here to share in these incredible family moments.

Over the weekend we had the opportunity to cater Ms. Lilly's Sweet 16 Birthday party. It was an amazing event and our pleasure to be a part of this special moment in her young life. I didn't get any pictures of the chocolate fountain set up but wow was it exciting. That just might have been one of our favorite parts. Thank you Mrs. Jennifer for trusting our family, we hope you and your family enjoyed it as much as we did.

Some of our kids graduated this past Saturday.
Congrats to these two for all their hard work. They are both going to enjoy their summer before getting back to work in the fall.
