We love being a part of the Gainesville Texas Farmers Market!
From pasture to market, this local family is bringing Wagyu beef straight to Gainesville 🥩🐮
This month's vendor spotlight is Wildcat Creek Wagyu!
Brad and McKinnon Felderhoff purchased their first fullblood Wagyu cow and calf in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the breed. From there, they set out to produce premium American Wagyu beef that families could enjoy at a more affordable price.
Today, Wildcat Creek Wagyu offers local, pasture raised and grain finished American Wagyu beef, along with handmade tallow soaps, whipped tallow cream and tallow candles. They raise their cattle without antibiotics or added growth hormones and focus on low stress practices and plenty of time on grass pastures.
Not sure what to try first? Start with the ground beef! Brad and McKinnon say customers who try it always come back for more. It's even the only ground beef their oldest daughter will eat 😂
For the Felderhoffs, one of the best parts of the Gainesville Farmers Market is meeting new people and being part of the sense of community that makes Gainesville special.
