Different flare with our ground beef and it did not disappoint! It’s a Beef Ramen Noodle Stir Fry. I’ve posted the recipe on the next slide. Let us know if you give it a try! Added an egg to one of them for extra protein.

We don’t know what’s better than steak for dinner but in our opinion it might be steak for breakfast! It’s never too early for beef. Steak, eggs, and raw milk…that’s what’s for breakfast!

Farming is 7 days a week with some seasons of long hours. So, to say that we’re thankful and we feel appreciated for all of the kind comments, sticky notes, tags/mentions, shares & referrals would definitely be an understatement. We are SO grateful to live in a community that supports small and local!

Several of you have asked and we’re proud to finally announce that we have BUTTER! Made from our raw whole cream and very lightly salted. At the moment, limited 4 oz quantities will be in the milk barn tomorrow! These won’t last long.

If you’ve been by lately, you may have noticed some remodeling going on in what used to be the “office”. This building is actually the original milk barn from when we started in the dairy business in 1949! Because of our wonderful customers, we are EXPANDING! And if this sunrise this morning is any indication of how blessed it will be, I think we’re in good hands! More information coming soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience but at the moment we are SOLD OUT of regular ground beef. We do still have ancestral ground beef in stock. We hope to have it back in stock by the end of the weekend/early next week and we will update as soon as it is here.
