Alcohol Beverage Services In addition, ABS manages alcohol licensing, enforcement and education for more than 1,000 businesses.

Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) is the alcohol wholesaler of b**r, w**e and spirits for Montgomery County and operates 27 retail stores throughout the County. Generating more than $30 million in net income annually, ABS profits are used to pay down county debt and are put into the general fund so the county doesn’t have to raise taxes or reduce essential services like education, police, or fire and rescue.
