Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services Alcohol Beverage Services In addition, ABS manages alcohol licensing, enforcement and education for more than 1,000 businesses.

Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) is the alcohol wholesaler of beer, wine and spirits for Montgomery County and operates 27 retail stores throughout the County. Generating more than $30 million in net income annually, ABS profits are used to pay down county debt and are put into the general fund so the county doesn’t have to raise taxes or reduce essential services like education, police, or fire and rescue.

Juneteenth is Friday, June 19. Montgomery County Government will operate on a holiday schedule, with County offices, libraries and MC311 closed. Trash and recycling collection will shift by one day.
