Because regular chicken pot pie just wasn’t enough…we topped ours with Cheddar Bay Biscuits—and we’re SO glad we did! 😋 Creamy chicken and veggies underneath, with buttery, cheesy, garlicky biscuits baked golden on top. Now THIS is comfort food! 🤤👌🏼

Tonight we’re forking around with birria tacos and Mexican street corn! 🌮🌽 Cheesy, crispy, messy tacos dunked in that flavorful consommé…just how they should be! And that corn—smothered in a creamy, tangy sauce, sprinkled with cheese and seasonings, with a squeeze of fresh lime. Better grab the napkins, because we’re about to tear this up! 😋🔥

We had a couple cucumbers we needed to use so I made an afternoon snack. Our kids love any foods Asian inspired.

Korean cucumber salad🥒🌶️

For this recipe I used
2 cucumbers
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 heaping spoon of chili crisp oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar or can use honey
1 large tablespoon of minced garlic
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Heavy sprinkle of minced onion
Sliced green onions
Salt to taste

I salted the sliced cucumbers to draw out the liquid then rinsed them n patted them dry then added them to rest of the mixed ingredients in a bowl. Coat well. Cover n let sit in fridge for awhile before enjoying.

A quick and easy meal for the kiddos tonight—huge homemade taquitos! And when I say huge, I mean HUGE! 😂 Taco meat and a blend of cheeses rolled up and deep-fried until golden and crispy. Topped with queso, guacamole, and sour cream, with Mexican rice on the side. Simple, delicious, and definitely filling! 😋👌🏼

One of my first cooking vids from last year.
Island-style grilled chicken drumsticks.

These drumsticks were marinated in a sweet and savory mixture of pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder, then grilled until they were juicy on the inside with that sticky, caramelized goodness on the outside. 🤤

If you love jalapeño poppers and smash burgers… this one’s for you! 🔥🍔

These Jalapeño Popper Smash Burgers are loaded with flavor! Juicy smashed beef patties topped with melty American cheese, crispy bacon, and a creamy jalapeño popper mixture made with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, and a little mayo. All piled onto toasted buns fresh off the Blackstone.

Safe to say… these disappeared fast around our table. 🤤
