ITS QUARTER AUCTION DAY!! Wednesday Aug 9th!
So how does this work? It’s a fun mixture of Bingo & an auction all rolled into one event.
When you arrive (doors open at 5) you will have the opportunity to purchase a #/paddle in which you will use throughout the event. ($3 each or 2/$5- you can select as many as you wish).
There are 75 items up for grabs (including gift cards & items for all ages) Each item is assigned a quarter value from 1-4 quarters. When something on the list comes up for bid you place the # of listed quarters in the bucket and raise your #'d paddle so you are "in" for that item. If you have two #'s and you want both #'s "in" then you place double the # of quarters in the bucket.
Then we start to draw numbers until we draw one that is in. Sometimes its the first # drawn other times we end up drawing several #'s. Its a blast, a family fun event.
Smokin Wi***es will have great food available for purchase. Drinks are available at the bar for purchase.
The Lions Club is our not for profit organization this month. When you bring your old eyeglasses to donate, you will receive extra door prize tickets.
50/50 tickets will be available.
A variety of vendors will be present. Many will also have raffles at their tables so stop by and see them.
