See you bright and early tomorrow morning Earthlings, at the Galesburg Farmers Market! We have more mushrooms for you, Pink Oyster, Grey Dove Oyster, and some Lions Mane. New this week are gorgeous jalapeños, along with some of our favorites like our cherry tomato mix, green (and purple) beans, and large slicing tomatoes.

Hello Earthlings!

Rosie here--we are enjoying this rain and cooler weather as we harvest for the Galesburg Farmers Market tomorrow. Our plants and veggies are enjoying this break in the weather too!

Tomorrow we will have lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Green Beans, mini eggplant, Cucumbers, bell peppers, Grey Dove Oyster mushrooms, Serrano peppers, banana peppers, and last but not least, herbs.

We had so much fun! Thank you Galesburg Public Library for hosting us!

Both Alex and I grew up going to public library programs when we were kids, expanding our minds and being inspired. It was a full circle moment to participate in this role, to be a part of an integral resource in our community, giving back and inspiring a new generation.

We got to see a few of our taste testers at the market this past weekend too--we are so grateful to this community, and honored to live among you Earthlings!

We will have lettuce, carrots, green beans, cucumbers, some gourmet mushrooms, and maybe even a pint or two of cherry tomatoes and peppers.

We hope you are enjoying your weekend Earthlings. It seems that just overnight we went from harvesting our spring crops, to welcoming these gorgeous summer veggies and blooms.

We look forward to bringing you fresh, local, chemical free produce and gourmet mushrooms this coming weekend at the Galesburg Farmers Market on July 18.

Attention Earthlings!

We will have such a variety of lettuce tomorrow at the Galesburg Farmers Market, along with limited Black Raspberries, Gherkin Cucumbers, and just a couple of our specialty red cabbage and Oyster Mushrooms are available.

This will be your last opportunity to grab plant starts from us, and they will be buy one get one free once more!

Our next Farmers Market won't be until July 18th--so come see us tomorrow to stock up from 8 am to noon!
