Some meals are just worth getting your hands dirty for!

Our Coover Wagyu Korean Ribs are one of those meals! Rich, tender, and packed with incredible flavor, they’re best enjoyed picked up and eaten right off the bone.

I marinate ours for 4–6 hours in an Asian-inspired marinade with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger (or you can use a store-bought marinade). Then grill over high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side.

Pair them with steamed white rice and roasted vegetables, and you’ve got one of my absolute favorite meals!

How fortunate this community is to have people like Griffin Rink creating absolutely magical nights like this! We’re so grateful to be partnered with talented chefs. Let’s get this party started, friends!

Last night, we got to bring a vision to life. 🥩

When Griff first opened the G-Wagon, we knew we wanted to find a way to do a steak night. As incredible as he is with everything that comes out of that food truck, steaks are where he’s an absolute pro.

Then we connected with Coover Wagyu, and suddenly the idea started looking a whole lot like a reality.

Last night was our first Wagyu Steak Night, and we kept this one a little quiet — inviting friends and family so we could work out the kinks, fine-tune the details, and make sure that when we opened it up to everyone, it would be exactly what we envisioned.

And we didn’t stop at the steak. We thoughtfully built the entire evening around it — homemade Italian dressing, compound butter, seasoned Marcona almonds...all the little details that make a meal feel special.

It was one hell of a night. The food was incredible, the company was even better, and watching Griff do what he does best made it pretty damn special.

Consider this the test run. 🥩

We can’t wait to do it again — and next time, we’re opening the doors to all of you.
