•Sales Policy: All sales are final. To ensure the highest quality, we conduct fertility testing at the start of each hatching season. However, due to variables beyond our control—such as postal handling and weather conditions—we cannot guarantee the fertility of every egg upon arrival.

•Refunds & Replacements: We do not offer refunds or replacement eggs for infertility or damage sustained during transit. We take immense pride in our packaging techniques to ensure the safest travel possible for your order.

•Ordering & Payments: A minimum order of one dozen is required. All pre-orders must be paid in full to secure your placement on our fulfillment list.

•Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed chronologically based on the date payment is received. We will contact you three business days prior to your shipment date.

•Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate of $20 for orders up to four dozen. For orders exceeding four dozen, additional shipping fees will apply.
