Welcome everyone..new & old members!

We have been abundantly blessed with our farm. At the start of this year we began our GIVE BACK initiative by supplying a gallon of milk each week to a family in need for the year.

As a thank you, the Lord has laid it on our hearts to donate a pork pack to a family.
If you are chosen you are welcome to keep it for yourself or may choose a family for us to donate it to. Cuts will include some breakfast meats & pork chops.

When is the last time you cooked your grandmother’s signature dish?

Not a recipe you found online. Not something inspired by her cooking.

The actual dish.

The one she made so many times that no one ever thought to write down because everyone assumed she would always be there to make it.

Tonight, I pulled out one of those recipes, from memory.

The smell filled the kitchen before it ever came out of the oven, and for a little while it felt like time folded in on itself. Like Sunday lunches, crowded tables, and hearing her call out from the porch for my sister and I to come eat.

Food has a way of carrying memories that photographs can’t quite capture.

Some recipes feed your family.

Others feed your heart.

This one does both. ❤️
