TAMUG Food Pantry The TAMUG Food Pantry is open to our full campus community. Location: 1973 Center first floor of Hullabaloo Hall, Rm 141.

Founded in 2019, the pantry aims to address and reduce food insecurity among all members of our university community. The pantry is open to all enrolled students, faculty and staff experiencing food insecurity at TAMUG. The pantry provides a resource based on need, please respect this recourse and visit only when you are in need of a resource we provide. Anyone utilizing the pantry should consider

picking up items for a 2-3 day need, we don’t have limits to visits per week and this rule of thumb allows our staff to restock items. We protect your privacy by making our intake for anonymous. We ask that you fill out an eligibility form the first time you visit each semester. Use of the food pantry will not become a part of the student record, nor will information be shared outside of the food pantry program, supported through the 1973 Center and the CARE Team.

For any student who stayed on campus over Thanksgiving- don’t go hungry, come get a hot meal now!

Pizza’s here! Johnny, The owner of Marios Seawall Italian Restaurant, caught wind that we had hungry students who were here over Thanksgiving break and he wanted to help. They sent us Pepperoni and Cheese pizzas to tackle hunger on our campus. If you are on campus and don’t have plans for lunch, come on by Atlantic Hall kitchen now to get your pizza while it’s hot!

While you’re here, grab some Thanksgiving leftovers with our take away containers, don’t be shy! We also have plenty of protein bars, fruits, and more snacks to help tackle hunger over other meal times.

Thanks for joining us in our Aggie Family Meals! We will see you tomorrow at 6:30 in the 1973 Center as we host a dinner and watch party for the A&M and Texas Game!

Thanksgiving is for giving thanks, and we are thankful for last night’s dinner donated from Maceo Spice and Import Company

Last night’s dinner fed 35 hungry folxs on our campus last night. We will continue to share our our Aggie Family Meals thru this weekend for people who might not be able to travel to their blood family, but the Aggie family is right here to break bread and share in good company.

We are so grateful for the donations made to our food pantry just in time for Thanksgiving!

We have several students here who were unable to travel for the holiday so we knew it was time for Aggies to do what they do best, have an Aggie Family meal!

Over the next few days while many of our students are at home with their own families, the students on campus will come together each day to share in a local Galveston meal.

We are thankful today for delicious sandwiches generously donated by Maceo Spice and Import Company with the help of our amazing friends of the pantry, Laura Protz and a few more that we will be tagging over the next few days!
