Named after Gullinbursti (our logo was almost this dude by the way…) the giant golden boar from Norse mythology that could outrun horses because apparently dwarves are incapable of being normal about crafting projects…like meeeee.

This mead was me branching out and playing with an ingredient I hadn’t used before: rose hips. I kinda like em…will use again.

Gullinburs-Tea pours a light amber-red color and drinks way smoother than a 13% mead probably should. Light honey sweetness, soft floral notes, a little bite and super easy to drink.🌹🌺

Looking for something fun to do May 30th? Course ya are, why wouldn’t you be. Come sip, sway, and pretend you inherited a suspicious amount of money from a mysterious coastal relative. There are a ton of cool breweries, wineries, meaderies, local makers and food trucks to check out 🤩🍻 We’ll be there pouring mead like the honey goblins we are. 🍯
