Feeling nostalgic and reflecting on my experience. (Warning: this post might be a bit long! 😅)

Like I said, I’m feeling nostalgic so I’m posting a bunch of my old photos and really reflecting how far I’ve come in the pastry world.

Over the past decade, pastry went from the hobby to career and it was a real struggle because I went to savory for a while and that didn’t really sit well with me so I started a business but didn’t have enough storage space so that didn’t work out.

After years of job hopping and trying to find a good place to hone my pastry skills …I can finally say that I did it.

Is it perfect? Idk, but I do know it’s where I can hone my craft!
