With new layers, you fully expect to see little eggs for quite a while - they slowly get bigger in size and can take up to a few months to reach their full size. However, I just pulled both of these eggs out of the new layer pen tonight. Typical size egg on the right for a bird this age… and on the left? Well, she’s just showing off😳

All sizes and colors so far today 🥚- heavy on the brown eggs though! Typically we only sell the eggs that weigh large and XL. However, we have an abundance of smaller eggs right now due to new layers. If anyone is interested in a box of small/medium eggs for a discounted rate, let me know🙂

**Update - he’s home!! Thank you so much!!

Looking for our boy Mercer. He wandered off from the farm this evening and we haven’t had any luck finding him. He’s a 13-year-old goldendoodle. Blind in his right eye and worsening vision in his left. He rarely goes far from the house anymore due to a bad back - his back legs occasionally give out, then he falls and requires assistance to stand back up.

He’s wearing a blue collar with a name tag and my phone number. Also wearing a beeper collar. His hair is longer right now. Mercer typically won’t come to strangers.

We live on Kime Hatchery Rd in Gardners.
