M&J won't let two moves and 1800 miles keep us from brewing an occasional batch. Here's our latest, an oak aged IPA that I wrestled with trying to name. I was going to just name it "Woody", but then the nickname of the submarine I served on came to mind. The USS Woodrow Wilson was lovingly called, "The Woody Woo" by all who served aboard her. A perfect name for this first M&J Brewing South.
After a three week fermentation, two more weeks in the bottle at room temperature and another week to 10 days in the refrigerator starting on 2 August, it'll be ready enjoy in this 117 degree heat.
