Connor and his Steer Willie were quite the pair over the past year together! As many of you know, in this industry it takes so much dedication and discipline to take a good calf and make them great. From the early mornings before weight lifting to the late evenings just to do it all over agan for 3 months in a row, Connor was committed to working as hard as he could on Willie for them to both reach their potential! We are so proud of Connor’s accomplishments over the last year and to bring it all together at state makes it so awesome!
The 2025 Minnesota State Fair just wrapped up and Connor and Willie were named Reserve Champion Middleweight Steer and 3rd overall Sr. Showman! Not only that, but they earned the honor to participate in the 2025 MLBA 4-H Purple Ribbon Auction.
As many of us know, Minnesota 4-H provides so many opportunities to engage our youth throughout the state and build leadership skills within our children that will last a lifetime! The People and Businesses listed in the first picture graciously made donations to support the 2025 MLBA 4-H Purple Ribbon Auction and Connor and we cannot thank you enough for supporting the 4-H program and our family!
