It was a damn delicious weekend. Between eating in and out, I think in won.
~Brown Butter Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats. I think I’ll keep a pan of these around alllllll the time now.
~Saturday lunch at was awesome. From the cocktails and the chorizo queso to the Chicken Caesar Smash and French Dip tacos, we will absolutely be back!
~Desert at was sooooo much fun! Talk about endless options! We were having such a great time chatting with the owner that I forgot to take a pic of our dipped cones, so you’ll have to go for yourself! Patrick got the OREP dip, I got the Banana Pudding one, and they were both wonderful! My cone tasted like a banana Moon Pie 🥰
They also have stuffed cookies. The Roku remote is for size reference. This is the Key Lime cookie. Divine!
~Saturday night dinner: smoked, thick cut, bone in pork chops from as per usual, roasted broccoli, and Parmesan and thyme crusted fingerlings.
~Sunday night dinner: smoked chicken quarters (also from ) rubbed with ginger and garlic then brushed with a teriyaki sauce, buttery, garlicky sweet peas, and pan fried potatoes with shallots.
