I humbly started brewing Kombucha in my home in NW Indiana. At first it was just to provide my family with a nutritious, probiotic rich beverage that I felt good about. Soon after my friends and family wanted to try this wonder tonic that has increased in popularity. As I grow my production I hope to be able to provide you and your family with something that I believe will increase the quality of your life.
