Jen whipped up some banana bread to put out at the stand. Packaged up all the sourdough and strudel and pepperoni rolls we baked last night. Checked on the goats and sheep. Getting some eggs together for the stand and then running over to Pauley Homestead to drop off sourdough and strudel to start their week.

Then we start preparing for a big order of croissants going out for a special customer on Wednesday. And we simultaneously begin to parbake sourdough for events this weekend.

It's all a lot of moving parts but because there's two of us we can make it work! 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾😜🤪😘🐐🐑🥐🥖

It was so exciting to check out Sol De Montani Chile Ltd Co in Parkersburg @ 1219 market st. They have HUGE things going on and are the MASTERS of the fire roasted pepper hot sauces. The head cook and pepper farmer himself hails from out Way Out West and so you just know that the flavor is spot-on and the first to hit West Virginia with such delicious authenticity!
