What an incredible Fourth of July in Gibbon! 🇺🇸🍧

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Madi’s Ice Oasis today. The turnout for the parade and at Davis Park was absolutely amazing, and it made for one of our busiest days yet!

A huge thank-you to the Gibbon Chamber of Commerce, the City of Gibbon Nebraska, and everyone who helped organize such a great parade and celebration. We’re grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

Celebrate the 4th of July with Madi’s Ice Oasis! 🍧

Gibbon’s 4th of July celebration is one of the best around, with a huge parade, activities throughout town, food vendors and plenty of fun at Davis Park.

After the parade, head over to Davis Park and cool down with some shaved ice! You can choose one of our regular flavor combinations or create your own at the Flavor Fountain.

The parade begins at 10:00 a.m., with activities at Davis Park following the parade.

🥎 Shaved ice + softball = a pretty perfect night in Gibbon! 🍧

We’re set up tonight at the Legion Ball Fields for the softball tournament, and we’ll be here until the last game wraps up.

Come out, enjoy the weather, watch some great softball, and cool off with shaved ice or a frozen treat!

☀️ Beautiful day in Minden! 🍧

Madi’s Ice Oasis is set up today at Minden’s Chautauqua Park for the Minden Rotary Club 100th Anniversary Celebration!

Come out and enjoy the awesome Nebraska weather, live music by the Kyle Sayler Music, hot dogs, a bounce house, and of course… shaved ice and frozen treats!

The event starts at 1:00 PM, so bring your lawn chairs, hang out, and help celebrate 100 years of Rotary service.

We’d love to see you in Minden today! 💙🍧

Madi's Ice Oasis is proud to be set up tonight at the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Central Nebraska at Kearney Catholic! 💜🍧

Relay For Life is such a meaningful event for our area, bringing people together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and support the fight against cancer.

Tonight, we’ll be donating $1 from every shaved ice sold back to Relay For Life.

Come enjoy the evening, support an amazing cause, and grab some shaved ice while you’re here!

We’re officially open for the season and ready to bring shaved ice, frozen treats, and summer smiles back to the area!

This summer, you’ll find us popping up around Gibbon, and we’ll post updates on this page whenever we’re set up around town. We’re also excited to be scheduled for several great events this year, including:

Join up tomorrow evening at Harmon Park as The Spectrum Center for Autism celebrates their 10 year anniversary! Bounce houses, foam, raffle prizes and more. What a great way to end the summer!

We want to celebrate our community and clients for allowing us to help "bridge the gap" for 10 years! Join us TOMORROW AUGUST 7TH from 5 PM to 8 PM at Harmon Park!

Food trucks, raffle tickets for some awesome prizes, bounce house, games, and sensory play! Do we need to say more?

🎉 Madi’s Ice Oasis is Back at the Gibbon Tractor Pull !! 🚜

We can’t thank you enough for the amazing support last year — you made our first time out unforgettable. This year, we’re back and ready to roll with all your favorite shaved ice flavors... and one new one you've been asking for: 🥒 Dill Pickle! Come try it if you dare!

Today’s the day! Gates open at 5:00 p.m., and the show kicks off at 7:00 p.m. at the Aurora Cooperative Facility on the west edge of Gibbon.

We’re set up right next to Never Enough Q — just look for the long line of hungry folks and you’ll spot us nearby.
