We 💯 agree with this! We haven’t had the need to deworm in quite awhile due to our efforts in rotational grazing!

Parasites are changing, and the old “deworm everything on schedule” approach may no longer be enough.
More ranchers are moving toward strategic parasite control using f***l testing, seasonal timing, and veterinarian-guided treatment plans to help reduce resistance and improve herd health.

A smarter parasite strategy can help:

Love a good scratchin’!!!
Repurposed street sweeper brushes secured in the pasture on a cemented post makes for a happy cow.
We’ve found 2 of these now, discarded on the side of the road, we found one on the side of the highway in Alabama and one close to home! Love repurposing another’s trash! Plenty of life left in these brushes for our girls!

As time moooooves on, our Little Man, the herd Bull on the Ranch is 7 this year. This handsome fella is his offspring with our favorite gal Mojito, ear tag #25.
We made the decision to keep him as an another one of our herd Bulls. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.
Now for a proper name…..
