😋 I had a little overflow of this one as I was jarring stuff and it was DELICIOUS! A really nice light flavor paired with the ginger-I’m so excited about it! Perfect for summer days-almost makes me think I’m somewhere more tropical. Only one available right now!

Less than one week away! Come support local and see what Hands of Health has as our future goals for all of YOU.
We will also be supporting other local businesses who will set up on the sidewalk with informationals on what they have to offer you, as well as opportunities to see what our fellow neighbors got going on as well.

Woohoo probiotic electrolyte drink! I’ve been messing with the proportions on these but I think I’ve gotten them just right now! This one is a ginger one: made with coconut water for extra minerals, honey for smooth sweetness, and a dash of mineral salt for the electrolyte. This ginger one has the added bonus of more ginger which is also anti-inflammatory! This combination makes it a delicious recovery drink. We have been using them to help us with sickness and migraines even and it’s been super helpful for both! Not a cure all but has been a great and flavorful addition to my lineup!

Yesterday I shared how happy the scoby’s were doing after I was gone for a week so here’s how the ginger bugs fared after a week. This was the first time I left them for so long and of course they were in the fridge but I was still a little nervous. However they are doing great and are all bubbly! Excited to get back to some fermenting! Missed my ginger-based teas while I was gone
