Cowboy Candy is officially canned and now comes the hardest part…waiting! 🌶️🫙

While Cowboy Candy can be eaten right away, giving it 2–4 weeks to rest allows that sweet syrup to soak into the jalapeños and helps mellow the heat. Trust us—it’s worth the wait! 😋

This batch will be perfectly rested and ready for the mid-September farmers’ markets! 💚 Keep an eye out for it at the From Scratch booth.
