If you missed my last post. Cook was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances with my children. I would love to make it up to you this week. This week special is $10/quart on stew; usually $12.

Will have extra butt if we get enough pre-orders.

Made with pork butt, chuck roast, and chicken. I guarantee you’ll enjoy it.

Thank you for supporting a small family gig and helping us get ahead. If only people knew the work it took to get all of this done but it’s satisfying to see the result. We are a big young family trying to find some enjoyment in something we can get ahead a on even if it’s just a few dollars. At least we’re enjoying it! SOLD OUT on pulled pork! Back to stew next weekend, may also do some butts and maybe even brisket if we get enough pre orders. Pork will be $10/pound, brisket will be $20/pound, stew $12/quart. Thank you for trying our BBQ!

Got a new 15 gallon cast iron pot I’m so excited to use next weekend for the stew. I hope everyone enjoys their 4th as I will with my babies and can’t wait to get back to it!
