Founded in 2017 by JK and Vani, a dynamic husband-wife duo with backgrounds in software engineering and design-building, our journey into agriculture began with a shared dream and a deep-rooted love for the land. Our story
took root on Mother's Day of 2013 when we collaborated on planting a 10-acre olive orchard with over 1000 trees for a non-profit organization. This experience ignited a spark within us, leading to the planting of over 4000 trees over three years. It became clear that farming was a calling close to our hearts. From these beginnings, Bhooma Farm in Gilroy emerged from once barren land into a flourishing mixed fruit tree orchard. Every tree has been lovingly nurtured under our care, guided by principles of chemical-free and sustainable farming. Our dedication to quality shines through in every fruit and flower we harvest. Initially sharing our bounty with family and friends, we are now thrilled to extend our reach to farmers markets, farm stands, and our online store. This allows us to bring nature’s finest directly to you, ensuring that each bite is a testament to the care and commitment poured into our harvest.
