Hi, I'm Treasure, the founder of The Hive Mind & Wellness.

I've walked many paths in my life and through each chapter, I've experienced firsthand the stress, burnout, and constant pressure that so many of us carry every day. Through it all, yoga has been a way to reconnect with myself, and now I'd like to share that with others.

My classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness to create space for both strength and deep rest. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practiced for years, my goal is to help you feel welcome, supported, and empowered in your own body.

I believe wellness isn't about perfection but about finding balance, honoring where you are today, and taking one intentional breath at a time.

My hope is that you'll find more than a yoga class here....but also a place to breathe deeply, move freely, and feel at home.

Did you know....

The sunflower isn’t a single flower but a collection of hundreds! 🌻 The outer yellow ‘petals’ are actually sterile ray florets, that's sole purpose is to attract pollinators. 🐝🦋 And there are hundreds (...thousands) of tiny flowers at the center, called disk florets, are where the seed is produced.

This arrangement, known as an inflorescence, is nature’s incredible geometry at work—each sunflower head is like a field of tiny blossoms!

This is a common trait in the Asteraceae family. Here are some others you may know: dandelions, echinacea, marigolds, dahlias, and mums.

We have outgrown our licensing which is a blessing but unfortunately it has resulted in us needing to meet new requirements and pull our creamed honey off the shelves of all your favorite stops.

You can still get our liquid honey, comb honey, and Just Honey creamed honey, but all flavors have been halted.

Our plans to build a honey processing building are getting pushed before we are actually ready but we are working to get it going. Please be patient with us while we work this out with state. We hope to have our creamed honey available to you again soon 💛🐝🍯

The saying goes "a swarm in July, let it fly" (I don't even know what you'd say for August 🙃) but listen....I will take it and honestly think it's a dumb saying. Between now and winter there are huge chances of losing a queen and you're going to have a hard time fixing that.

I'll take her, let her lay and build up some winter bees. If I don't end up needing a queen anywhere else before winter I can either choose to try and winter her in a nuc or combine with another smaller hive and offer one of the queens to another keeper (or "off with her head").

Regardless, this swarm would not have survived on its own this late in the season...they have too much work to do and too little time. I at least have some drawn out frames for them and can feed them.

Also...while it is smaller, there are a surprising amount of bees for how it looks in the photo.

Idk....what do you think fellow keepers? Are you "letting them fly"?
