Update on Goose!!

We took Goose to the vet for his first check up.
He got shots and all his blood work done .
We had him neutered and microchipped.

Unfortunately, his blood worked revealed he has heartworms and the vet said, due to the heat we can't start treatment until the weather cools. ( don't understand, but that is above my pay grade.) The vet feels after treatment he will make a complete recovery and live along happy life 🙏🙏.
Other than the heartworms, he is in perfect health, and is doing great.

We did have to have a meeting with Goose and explained to him that since he was a new employee his medical benefits have not taken effect and we would have to deduct all medical expenses from his paycheck .

Please welcome our new employee to the farm !!

This is "Goose" the guard dog.

With our farm growing our cavapoo "Remmi " has threaten to quit several times stating that the workload is too much and we needed to hire someone.

After an extensive interview process we have chosen to add Goose to the team . He is a 1 year old English Springer spaniel .
After intense negotiations, Goose has agreed to work for treats.
