Mancini's Tavola As my Mother would say, I say to you; "A Tavola, dinner is ready" ~Gina Ciao Tutti, a little bit about myself.

My parents were both born in Italy, my Father came to America on a boat from Molise, Italy in 1952 and eventually settled on Taylor St in Chicago. When he was in his 20's he went to Italy and met my Mom. They eventually married, moved to Chicago, and had 3 daughters, I'm the baby;) My Mom stayed at home and raised us, and always cooked a homemade meal every evening. When dinner was ready she would

say, "bimbi, venite a tavola" (kids, come to the table) I'm very fortunate to share the same tradition with my children. Most of my recipes were passed down from my grandmother and I'm so excited I get to share them and my passion for cooking with all of you.
