SUNDAY May 24th! Next popup!! Very limited spots available! Head over to the website to reserve your spot! I’m going to have a pretty different but delicious special :
—Spicy vodka sauce, Grande mozzarella, smoked provolone, muffaletta olive salad, and thin sliced white onion. Split down the middle with peach habanero sausage on one side and folded mortadella on the other post-bake. Finished with Calabrian chili crema and crushed pistachios over the mortadella side.

Kicking off the new year with a special I’m really excited about. A French onion soup inspired pizza. I’ve seen a few of my favorite pizza makers take their own swing at this style, and I’m hyped to finally bring my version to the oven and share it with you.

With a lot of new faces here recently, I’ve made a small change to this popup so more people can order. Each time slot will now have two orders available (Slot A + Slot 😎, with one pizza per customer to keep things fair and smooth.

Popup went great this past Sunday, thank you everyone who picked up! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Here’s a 2 pizza order: the hotshot & the heatstroke. 🥵🥵🌶️🌶️

Hotshot: Jalapeño, Pepperoni & Fresh Garlic

Heatstroke: Spicy Vodka sauce, Pecorino Romano, Fresh Mozz, Whole milk mozz, Peach habanero sausage, Red onions, Chopped goathorn/calabrian chili peppers, with Seasoned ricotta drizzle & Fresh basil post bake on a sesame seed garlic oil crust.

500g dough ball stretched to 16inches.
72hr ❄️ ferment
