Again why this page:

According to Pew Research Center, "Fully 71% of parents of a child under the age of 12 say they are at least somewhat concerned their child might ever spend too much time in front of screens, including 31% who are very concerned about this," (2020)

So let's get them off their screens and into the kitchen.

Also,

According to CDC, "1 in 4 children are over weight or obese. Percent of adolescents aged 12-19 years with obesity: 21.2% (2017-2018)
Percent of children aged 6-11 years with obesity: 20.3% (2017-2018)
Percent of children aged 2-5 years with obesity: 13.4% (2017-2018)," (2021).

It is getting worse because of the pandemic. Please Please Please let's get our children off the screen, get more active, learn about food and how to cook.

It could save their life.
