Freya decided to give birth sometime yesterday in a snow storm all on her own. All 3 kids healthy, she did a great job! Looks like 3 does but I’ll get a better look in the next day or so. pictures soon, all 3 will be available.

Tried bomboloni this week again, except with a strawberry cream cheese filling along with the vanilla lemon custard. Turned out fantastic! So light and airy, crunchy and sweet.

Tried my hand at sourdough pretzels this week! Thanks for the recipe I added a twist by incorporating some beer into the dough. Additionally made some buns that were perfect for our chicken salad sandwich. Will definitely be making these again!
