Here is what I was able to make out of 2.5 gallons of our raw jersey milk

1 quart sour cream
1 quart cinnamon vanilla coffee creamer
1/2 gallon of butter milk
1.75 lbs of fresh mozzerella cheese

There was also excess whey and 1/2 gallom of skim milk left over.

Well we officially have our first milk cows ❤️ things are finally starting to move quickly. Up to 12 milking goats, will be 19 this coming winter as the babies age. And have 3 cows currently in milk with 7 more that will come of age next year. Super exciting things happening!

Hi everyone,

We are officially taking deposits on our whole hogs. These are 100% purebred heritage berkshire. Also known as one of the best types of pork in the world. Piglets are nearly a month old and will be ready for slaughter at roughly 8 months of age. Please pm me if interested. These pigs are fed high quality organic whole feed that we mix and give to them. If you have questions or are interested please let me know.
