I am Sally, the owner of Spice of the Party, offering - Dip Mixes, Seasonings, Rubs and now, Beverage Mixes. I love to entertain and cocktail parties are my favorite! Appetizers, finger food, or as my son coined, “floating food”, are a must and at least one dip has always been a staple. Although I love the standard Ranch and Onion dips, I got a little bored with them and decided to create my own u

nique flavors to mix it up a bit (pun intended). Guests loved the dips and blends so much I started packaging them as gifts - they wanted more and so did their guests and by word of mouth Spice of the Party grew from there. What I love most about my dips and blends are the endless possibilities they can be used for - it makes me so happy when people tell me delicious ways they use my packets in their kitchens to create something they love! So much more than a dip or a blend - the spices can be used to cook with, on meat, fish and poultry... to season with, on salads, veggies and potatoes... to shake on, popcorn, french fries and breads... the possibilities are endless...

Recently, I have added beverage mixes to the party line-up – the delicious Ole Sangria, made with lots of fruit, the flavorful Oh Snap! a fruit and ginger mix and Spicy with Attitude made with Serrano and Habanera peppers. Ingredients are dehydrated and vacuum sealed in mason jars - all can be infused with your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. Get out the crock pot - pour in 6 cups of apple juice/cider and the mix - simmer. The young ones drink as is - the adults can add spirits.
