One pot chili is what’s for dinner today!

Brown and season you burger in a large pot; any large pot will do. I am using my Dutch oven I bought from Aldi’s. I love it!!

Next I took some tomato sauce, a pack of chili mix, and some beans and mixed it all together; any brand will do. Let it simmer and you have an easy peasy dinner. Make some cornbread or add crackers and cheese 😋

You can add in your favorites like bell peppers, onions, or hot sauce.

Strawberry jello poke cake.
This cake is one of the best cakes around & it’s on my top ten list. It’s easy to make ahead for all your family functions and it’s good anytime of the year. Recipe posted below 👇🏻

Jello cake

You will need-

1 box of white cake mix
1 tub cool whip
1 small box French vanilla pudding
1 large box of strawberry jello
The usual sized cake pan
Any brand will do when making this cake.

1 box white cake mix - bake as directed on the box and set aside so it can cool down

I small box French vanilla pudding (or regular vanilla pudding) mix as directed set aside or put in fridge so it can firm up

I regular sized tub cool whip thawed- mix into French vanilla pudding well- this will be the topping 😋

Poke cake with fork all over set aside

Mix large box of strawberry jello with hot water only and pour over poked cake evenly and use it all up

Chill the cake - add the topping and let it cool in the fridge at least 2-3 hours but overnight is best.
