Opportunities come at the rate we are capable of handling them.

Our team has seen many changes over the years, but I believe one of our most important evolving changes is our early morning correlation meeting.
We first started this meeting several years ago with a desire to talk about big projects and brainstorm solutions together. Our meetings occurred at random intervals and often turned into just eating a burrito and hearing Codyโs awkward jokes.
After attending a conference, we were inspired to meet regularly on specific days early in the morning, but our conversations were still just updates about the progress of each team and making more plans on how to tackle the next project.
If you were to stop by our office for one of our meetings now, youโd find a completely different scenario. From Main Street, our morning meetings may look like a pile of vehicles at the office, but inside youโll find more than a dozen individuals coming together to build something greater than just a team.
Youโll find a group of outstanding people talking about how to become our best selves individually and as a whole. We used to meet just to talk about work, but now we meet and rarely talk about work.
We talk about how we can improve and overcome our challenges and weaknesses. Ideas are taken from books and scriptures and life experiences and presented at each meeting by everyone on the team about various topics ranging from self-control to note-taking to believing and trusting in God.
Together we create individual goals and team goals to help us move towards our vision to Feed the World. This may sound lofty, but we believe with God nothing is impossible and we are doing our best to rely on him even in these meetings.
Rodolfo, one of our team members, has truly brought this essential element to our team of trusting in God always and bringing Him into our lives even and especially at work. Thanks to God we are seeing miracles in our lives, miracles at work, and miracles in our homes and we continue to build an amazing team here at Wild Cow.
