A few reminders before we head off to the races!

-Collection days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Feb 16th- July 1st
-Make sure contracts and payments are completed or you have a CC on file 💳
-Call of text the office the day before to get on the shipping list. Confirm the morning of by 9am CST ⏰
- EMAIL OR SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO ORDER. ( it happens every year 🤦🏻‍♂️)
- Communication is 🔑 key. Ask your repro vet or specialist and you can always pick up the phone and call us. We are here to help.

🚨 Only THREE short weeks until breeding season! 🚨
A little housekeeping now will help everything go smoothly later. Please take a moment to review:

🐴 Mare Prep
• Have your mare cultured or a cytology performed before breeding
• Provide a copy of your contract to your veterinarian or whoever is handling your repro work

🗓 Collection Schedule
• We collect Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Not all stallion stations operate the same—please plan accordingly

📞 Ordering Semen
• Orders MUST be placed by calling or texting the office
• ❌ Do NOT email or use social media to order

📄 Contract Reminders
• Read your contract carefully
• You must notify us 24 hours in advance for a shipment
• Shipment confirmation is required by 9:00 AM CST the morning of collection

💳 Fees & Payments
• All fees must be paid prior to breeding
• Shipping fees must be paid before the collection leaves our facility

📣 Communication Is Key
