There's nothing like a warm, split English muffin fresh out of the oven — and ours are made the slow way, with real, simple ingredients.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour, water, organic whole milk, olive oil, organic cane sugar, yeast, sea salt

We know everyone's kitchen is a little different, so we're happy to customize:

🍞 Prefer sourdough instead of classic yeast? Just ask

What a week! From our kitchen to the community, it's been one to remember.

Our fresh sourdough made the most of that gorgeous avo-toast breakfast plate 🍞🥑 — simple, hearty, and made with ❤️ Maria Fernanda Campos-Harlow

We were thrilled to see our herbs shine at The Hummingbird Cafe's "It's Midnight Somewhere" event, elevating their Midnight Margarita and Lavender Lemonade mocktails ✨🍋 Thank you for having us!

And to our sweet customer Cheryl Martinelli who got a basket full of Beecher Farm goodies — you made our day. Thank you for supporting local! 🧺💛

🌿 This week's herb harvest is ready — and quantities are limited, so don't wait too long!

We've got fresh, organic bunches of parsley, sage, rosemary, tarragon, chives, mint, lemon balm, anise hyssop, thyme, oregano, and basil, all cut straight from the farm.

🌱 $4 per bunch, or mix and match — 3 bunches for $10

Whether you're finishing a pasta with fresh basil, brightening a roast with rosemary, or brewing a cup of mint tea, we've got something for your kitchen this week.

Funny thing about farming — a year can change more than you'd think.

Last year, we didn't grow any of this. This season, our garden is full of cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, a few different zucchini varieties, and cucumbers — all new additions we hadn't tried before.

It's a good reminder that growth (literal and otherwise) doesn't always happen fast, but it does happen. One season at a time, one new seed at a time.

Proud of what came out of this year's garden, and excited to see what next year brings. 🌿

Look at this beautiful haul — zucchini and cucumbers picked fresh today! We've got a nice variety this week, from deep green zucchini to some lighter striped ones, plus crisp, crunchy cucumbers ready to go.
Great for cooking, canning, or just enjoying fresh. As always, homegrown means better flavor and no mystery chemicals — just good, honest produce.

Who says breakfast is only for the morning? 🍳

Today's lunch: toasted organic sourdough topped with organic eggs from Beecher Farm, creamy organic cottage cheese, and a finishing drizzle of organic olive oil. Simple, wholesome ingredients that taste like more effort went in than actually did!
